Kindly be aware that we cannot confirm your photography session until the deposit is paid and the contract is signed. Your reservation is not secured until both steps are completed.

All final payments are required before the scheduled session as outlined in the contract.

Local pricing covers locations within 15 miles of Ocala, FL; any extra mileage may result in an additional fee. If a location requires special admission fees, clients will be notified prior to booking.

Please avoid bringing children who are not participating in the photoshoot to help ensure a smooth and focused session. Thank you for your understanding!

During our session, I kindly ask that we keep phones tucked away so we can focus on capturing the magic and respecting the creative process.

Keep in mind:

There is a 2-4 weeks turn around after client makes their selection from the proof gallery.

• Pictures will be uploaded to an online gallery. 
• DO NOT SCREENSHOT THE PROOFS (DRAFT) PHOTOS!
• I do not provide my RAW files.

If the client does not select their favorites from the proofing gallery, within 30 days, the photographer reserves the right to choose the best images for editing according to the package that was agreed between client and photographer. Any additional changes or requests after this period will incur an extra fee.

All images are guaranteed to be available for download for 1 month following the session date. Client is responsible for downloading their images in a timely manner. Once gallery is taken down there will be a $25 to upload the galley again. The Photographer cannot guarantee the images will be kept beyond 12 months.

Don't let you pictures just sit in your computer. Display them on your wall, give it as a gift or design your favorite keepsake from my photography lab, which you get to order from your own gallery. Galleries will be privately displayed for one month.

When to book it?

For the sweetest newborn photos, it's ideal to capture these precious moments when your little one is between 1 and 3 weeks old. I book 2 to 3 months in advance to make sure we can accommodate your upcoming bundle of joy. No need to stress about pinpointing the exact date—my flexible schedule can adapt to your needs. My studio is stocked with props, fabrics, and outfits to create those magical family photos. And if you want to make this moment even more special, feel free to bring your own outfit!

If you opt for the family add-on, coordinate your outfit with your baby’s to match the overall style of the photographs.
3. Relax and Enjoy the Experience: Newborn photography sessions are about creating beautiful memories as much as capturing stunning images. Trust our photography expertise, relax, and enjoy the experience. Bringing a few items from home, like a favorite blanket or stuffed animal, can add a personal touch to the photos. We will guide you through the session, ensuring your baby’s comfort and safety are top priorities. Cherish these moments, and you’ll have heartwarming images to treasure for years to come.

Colors:

Colors set the mood and bring your photos to life! If you have specific ideas, let me know—I love blending your vision with my creativity to tell your unique story. Share your favorite colors and any special themes you’d like to include. I have a variety of fabrics and textures available, but if you have something specific in mind, feel free to bring it along or check with us first.

Outfits & Themes:

Outfits and themes aren’t necessary for newborn sessions, but if there’s something special you’d like to highlight, feel free to bring it along! Embrace your creativity, but remember, simplicity often works best. With so many options, try to pick your favorite 2-3 colors, props, or inspirational images. Too many outfit changes can be unsettling for the baby and might affect their mood. Let’s keep it simple and sweet to perfectly capture those precious moments.

Checklist:

1. Snacks and water are the MVPs for you (yes, you deserve some treats!) and any excited siblings joining in on the fun. Trust me, it's a warm and cozy room, so hydration and snacks are your friends.
2. If siblings are going to be in the shoot, entertainment for the siblings is key! Bring along some magic tricks, toys, or whatever keeps them grinning ear to ear. Plus, don't forget the secret weapon: bribing material for those sweet, cuddly sibling shots.
3. Two changes of clothing: one for the official family photos and another just in case of adorable accidents.
